NOORWA (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells fragrance and home scent products at noorwa.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our store you agree to this policy.
Information we collect

Information you give us
- Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number (optional) when you place an order or create an account.
- Order details, including the products you buy and any notes you add.
- Messages you send us through our contact page, and reviews you submit.

Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, and the website that referred you.
- Cart and checkout activity, such as products viewed, added to your bag, and purchased.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered into Stripe’s secure fields and is never stored on our servers. We receive only limited details, such as the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns and exchanges.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send marketing emails about new products and offers, if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our store is used and to improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people likely to be interested.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies

Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run our store:
- Payment processing: Stripe.
- Email marketing: Klaviyo, which stores your email address and related activity to send our emails.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, which reports how visitors use our store.
- Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and server-side events to share purchase and browsing activity, such as products viewed and orders placed, so we can measure and improve our ads.
- Fulfillment and shipping: suppliers, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers who prepare and deliver your order. They receive your name, shipping address and contact details for delivery.
- Service providers: website hosting, security and similar providers who work on our behalf.
- Legal and business reasons: authorities when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email.
- You can limit ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising by contacting us through our contact page.
Your privacy rights

- ask us to correct or delete it,

How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed to provide support and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a secure payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
