These terms apply to your use of noorwa.com and to any purchase you make from NOORWA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. Our store sells to customers in the United States only.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the product. Scent is personal: how a fragrance smells and how long it lasts varies with skin chemistry, how it is applied, and conditions such as temperature. Descriptions of notes, strength and longevity are guides, not guarantees.
Fragrance safety
Fragrance products can contain ingredients that cause reactions in some people. Test on a small area of skin before regular use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep products away from eyes, children and open flame. Burn candles and incense only as directed and never leave them unattended. Check the product description and label for ingredients, and speak to a health professional if you have allergies or medical concerns.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout, including shipping, is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. If a price is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your payment method is charged when you place your order.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm by email once we accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment taken. We may limit quantities per customer.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Returns and Exchanges page. Both are part of these terms.
Discount codes and offers
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is honest, based on your own experience, and does not break the law or anyone’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to display and use it on our store and in our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to scrape or place orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The NOORWA name, logo, text, images and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimers
The store and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make any warranties other than those required by law, and we do not guarantee the store will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where consumer protection laws in your state give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the new terms.
