We want you to love what you order. If a fragrance is not right for you, or something is wrong with your order, here is how we make it right.
Scent exchange
- Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number and the fragrance you would like instead.
- We will confirm the exchange and send return instructions. Please return the item in a secure package.
- Once we receive your return, we send your replacement. If the replacement costs more, we will let you know the difference before we ship. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
- Return shipping for a scent exchange is paid by the customer.
- One scent exchange per order.
Refunds
We will refund you, or replace the item if you prefer, when:
- your item arrives damaged or defective,
- we send you the wrong item, or
- your order does not arrive.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your order does not arrive) with your order number. For damaged or wrong items, please include a clear photo. We cover return shipping in these cases.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. After we approve a refund, please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Discovery Set credit
The price of your Discovery Set can be credited toward a full-size bottle. After you have tried your samples, contact us through our contact page and we will send you a one-time code worth the price of your set. The credit must be used within 60 days of the date your set was delivered.
Items we cannot take back
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Gift cards and used discount codes.
- Products that were damaged after delivery through misuse.
Cancelling an order
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, you can still return it under this policy.
