This page explains where we ship, what it costs, and what to expect after you order.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $7.99, shown at checkout before you pay.
The shipping cost you see at checkout is final. There are no hidden fees.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it. Estimated delivery dates in that email and in your tracking link are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking your order
You can follow your order using the tracking link in your shipping email. You can also view your order status by logging in to your account. If you have not received a tracking email within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Multiple packages
Some orders ship in more than one package, and packages may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you about reshipping, and extra shipping charges may apply.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order is damaged, or has not arrived well after the estimated delivery date, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace or refund it as described in our Returns and Exchanges page.
Holidays
Orders placed close to holidays may take longer to process and deliver. Order early if you need a gift to arrive by a specific date.
